We were delighted to provide the catering at the Great Hall at Mains for Beverley and Chris on their wedding day
The Wedding Breakfast was a starter of carrot and coriander soup with creme fraiche followed by breast of chicken, creamed potatoes, Formby asparagus and baby carrots. Sticky toffee pudding with home-made vanilla ice cream and butterscotch sauce for dessert, coffee and hand-made chocolates to finish.
Twelve Event Management Team
We catered for 170 people for the evening reception and provided retro style meat and potato pie, chips and mushy peas all served in chip shop style trays!
