Guest speaker Alison Calder of award-winning premium wine supplier Matthew Clark will explain the theory behind classic food and wine combinations, such as fresh, acidic whites with fish, and full bodied reds with hearty meat and vegetarian dishes.
There will also be discussions about cooking with wine and what to serve with dessert and cheese courses.
The evening begins with canapés and Champagne on arrival, followed by a four-course dinner menu.
