YOUNG FOODIES in the North West can ditch school books for sauce pans in a special one-day cookery class at Lancashire’s Twelve Restaurant & Lounge Bar.

Budding young chefs from the ages of 11 to 14, can learn how to chop and whisk like the professionals with Chef Proprietor Paul Moss and Head Chef Tom Nelder (pictured above) on Wednesday 1st June.

Twelve Restaurant & Lounge Bar is just a hop, skip and a jump from Blackpool on the Lancashire coast, and has an excellent reputation for modern British cooking.
Signature dishes include the Tangerine Dream, dedicated to Blackpool FC, its Banana Butty dessert, and their langoustine cocktail dedicated to a local Fleetwood fishing family.
