Wow, what a night!
Twelve partied in style as it
celebrated its twelfth birthday on March 12th 2012.
Exactly 12 years
since it opened, owners Paul and Caroline threw a special party to raise funds for Trinity Hospice and to thank staff, customers and the local community for their support.

Guests were greeted by stilt walkers in tuxedos on a specially laid VIP red carpet! There were fabulous drinks, cocktails, canapes and entertainment throughout the evening. Full details about how much money has been raised for Trinity Hospice will be announced shortly.

Main course canapes included cones of piping hot fish and chips and dishes of salmon with Russian salad.
And even more guests!
Fabulous Kenny the fire-eater...also very good at stilt walking and juggling!
During the evening, there was a fund-raising raffle with 12 prizes up for grabs! Many thanks to everyone who kindly donated gifts.

It wouldn't be a party without these! There were also cinnamon coated mini doughnuts for dessert
Addressing the crowd!
Both Paul and Caroline gave speeches. There were amusing anecdotes from the last 12 years including the time Paul kicked a bucket in frustration and hurled his shoe into a nearby yard. He had just been told that a pan of fresh stock had been thrown away by accident; the missing shoe was eventually reinstated with its owner!
