If we thought the end of March was busy, we should have been warning the team to think again. Between the 3rd to the 7th April, Team Twelve
have catered for seven weddings, one sell out football match and even managed to fit in a few restaurant services too, to bring what has to be said a busy week to a close. Van fueled to the max, the team have been a part of a number of fabulous events with many memorable moments so we thought we would share some of the highlights.

Wednesday the 3rd saw the team heading down to The Great Hall at Mains
for the marriage of the new Mr and Mrs Clegg. One surprise of the day was entering the room when we thought the speeches had finished only to find one of the guests juggling and riding around the hall on a seven foot unicycle, now that's a first for us! Friday was guaranteed to be a colourful affair as not only did we celebrate the marriage of the new Mr and Mrs Moore at The Great Hall
with a beautiful vintage ceremony but also the marriage of the new Mr and Mrs Holgate who's bride has seen her fair share of ceremonies as she is one half of Abigail and Eye
, a fantastic local photographer. The restaurant was transformed as lanterns hung from the ceiling and each table was dressed in a different colour. Our bride and groom arrived in style too, double decker buses delivered them to our red carpet and to what was going to be the start of a great day. Delicious dishes including goats cheese tart with caramelised onion chutney were enjoyed, followed by a Twelve favourite, 40 cooked beef brisket. Another first for us was the wedding cake, towers of Krispy Kreme donuts delighted all the guests and left everyone with a sugary smile on their faces.

Saturday the 6th proved the busiest day of the week, two weddings and a sell-out match down at Fleetwood Town
as they took on Rochdale which ended in a nil-nil score. As different members of the team made their ways to their designated event, we were busy transforming the restaurant into a completely different feel compared to yesterdays wedding, for the marriage of the lovely Mr and Mrs Hardy. Delicate purples filled the room with matching floral displays from the fabulous Flower Design team.
Ham hock and Lancashire cheese terrine was a lovely start to the wedding breakfast and a delicious trio of desserts including miniature creme brulee and ice cream cornet was enjoyed by all. As it was also the day of the Grand National, the favours of betting slips were constantly being checked and one lucky guest screamed out in delight when she realised her horse had come in. As part of his speech, the father of the bride wanted to surprise the guests with a turn on his ukulele, a memorable moment for the special couple.

One last wedding of the week brought the 11 day stint to an end. So after 13 weddings, one private hire, two sell out football matches and restaurant service, we thought a well earn't day off is in order, WELL DONE TEAM!
