Twelve Does 3 Weddings & a Football Match alongside Lytham Proms!

Thursday 31st July

Twelve head out for the second outside catering event of the week after a business bbq was catered for earlier on in the week for 125.

The first wedding of the week at The Great Hall at Mains was for 100 guests,



all of whom enjoyed the following:

Goats cheese and caramelised onion tart
rocket leaves, balsamic glaze

The guests later that evening had a Hog roast prepared in front of them for evening refreshments:

Bowland outdoor reared pork cooked on a spit
thyme and chestnut stuffing
apple sauce
plum tomatoes and red onions in olive oil
mixed salad leaves, french dressing
new potatoes, chives, bacon and mayonnaise

Friday 1st August

Team Twelve head back to The Great Hall at Mains for the second wedding of the week which was again catering for over 100 guests. The guests of the newlywed Mr & Mrs Deaville were served their delicious wedding breakfast of:

mixed melon cocktail
blackcurrent sorbet, mint sugar

baby leeks, peas and courgettes, white wine cream sauce, mini puff pastry

Saturday 2nd August



The first event of the day for Twelve was at Highbury Park for Fleetwoods first pre-season friendly game against Partick Thistle which ended at 0-0.
The guests in the VIP Parkside Suite enjoyed a traditional lunch of Fleetwood Fish & Chips before they entered the stands to watch the match.



As one team concluded service at Fleetwood Football Ground, another team was about to begin service for the third wedding of the week at The Great Hall at Mains. Newlywed Mr & Mrs McKenna were joined by an impressive 170 guests throughout the day.
They were greeted by the Twelve team serving them a choice of canapés:

Smoked Chicken, creme fraiche and mango salsa tartlet

Baby tomato, mozzarella and basil skewers
*
Steak and onion sausages, red onion jam

The whole wedding party went onto delight in their wedding breakfast meal which was started off with:

Organic chicken and tarragon mousse terrine
wrapped in cured ham, red onion jam, toasted brioche

The main meals differed as doe of the party were served a beef dish whereas some guests had opted for:

wild mushroom gnocchi
truffle oil, pea shoots



While all this was going on Team Twelve were also setting up in a marquee preparing service for three packed out nights at Lytham Proms!
