2 Private House Parties!

Marine Hall Food Festival

The Chef's live on stage did a 3 course cooking demonstration for the packed out audience, giving them an insight into what happens behind the scenes and how Fine Dining Meals are prepared.

The Chef's prepared three fantastic dishes:

Starter - Goats Cheese Panna Cotta
Candied Hazlenuts, Pickled Beetroot





Main - Gressingham Duck Breast
Granola, Raisin Puree, Yolk




Desert - Creme Catalana
Spanish Churros
