It looks like Summer is finally here and it is about time we had some sun! To celebrate the beginning of a new month…and a new season Twelve bring to you a brand new menu featuring the very best locally sourced, seasonal produce!
We have a fabulous new market menu to give you a taste of summer! Including Goosnargh chicken leg and ham hock croquette accompanied by pickled gem and parmesan.
Other dishes featured on our sample menu include the char grilled beef bavette, served with shallots, mash and salsa verde for main course. For pudding you can enjoy the delicious seasonal strawberries in a ‘Strawberries and Cream’ dessert, served with dandelion and burdock and puffed wild rice.

Tuesday 6th June Comedy Night:
We were incredibly pleased to have another sell out comedy night with over 100 tickets sold for June! Guests tucked into a supper of meat pie, chips & mushy peas before enjoying the fantastic performances of Danny McLoughlin, Brennan Reece and MC for the night; Ryan Gleeson. Thanks to Lewis ‘Big Lou’ Jones for producing another brilliant line up!

Sunday 11th June – Private Party Hire
We hosted an incredible 50th birthday party at the restaurant for a friend of Twelve.
The theme was Blackpool Football Club and our team came up with creative and subtle ways to showcase this! With help from the wonders at Andy B Events (dance floor), Arranpaul for the stage and lighting and from 1980's Band B-Movie who wowed our birthday boy and their guests with a fabulous surprise performance. Thank you to you all for helping to transform the restaurant!
Twelve Event Management
School Cookery Lessons
As you may already be aware Twelve are supporting the Healthier Fleetwood campaign to raise greater awareness of health and nutrition and maintaining an active lifestyle in the local area. Over the past month we have attended 7 schools across Fleetwood to pass on our knowledge to year 5 primary school children. The lessons have been in accordance with their ‘2017 Young Chef of the Year’ competition whereby the students construct a three course menu for their ‘hero’. Good luck to all the students we are looking forward to seeing the finalists in October!
It has been very rewarding for our team to contribute in positive way to the well being of our community and we look forward to future projects and working with the students again in September when we carry our some more cookery workshops!
Thursday 15th June: Blackpool Tram Event
We took Twelve on Tour to another extreme on this less than ordinary Thursday! We were delighted to be involved with Blackpool Tram Tours, serving a range of canapes on a traditional tram along the promenade from Star Gate, Blackpool to Fleetwood Ferry point and back!
Thank you to our guests who loved the experience and the volunteer tram operators who dedicated their time...we also had a great time in the process!

We have had a very busy month of weddings at The Great Hall at Mains and Browsholme Hall and have been lucky enough to work with so many fabulous suppliers and lovely couples who have developed beautiful concepts for their big day. We have delivered a variety of menu's from anti pasta sharing platter boards with a section of cold/hot meats and appetisers, to three course choice menu's!
The busy wedding season is in full swing as we attend to numerous weddings every week

Friday 30th - Fleetwood Nautical College afternoon tea with Marine Hall
We felt privileged to be asked by Blackpool and the Fylde College to cater for the graduation ceremony of over 200 students at Marine Hall, Fleetwood. The room looked spectacular and was very in keeping with the vintage afternoon tea theme! Our team of chefs prepared a delightful selection of food served in a fantastic eye catching way! Great day thanks Fleetwood Nautical College!
