Thou shalt have a fishy

Fresh fish is the order of the day here at Twelve and we have just taken delivery of some fantastic specimens from our supplier Welfish.

Our huge halibut will be transformed into perfectly poached halibut served with English garden pea and dill risotto, whilst our sumptuous sea bass will be served with crab, summer vegetables and lemon caper vinaigrette.
